Advertisers: Are there any fees?Are there any fees?

InPage does not charge any fees for the use of our InTouch system; you only pay for the ads that you place.

Advertisers: When do I get billed?When do I get billed?

You will be billed at the time of placing an order with InPage, should you choose to use InTouch for your account management you will need to top your account balance up before placing a campaign. If your ad/campaign is not approved by a publisher, you will receive a credit to your InTouch account. This credit will remain in your account until you next run an ad campaign.


Advertisers: How long does it take for my ad to be reviewed?How long does it take for my ad to be reviewed?

InPage schedules all ads for review as and when you upload your ads, ads are generally reviewed with 24 hours of upload, however ads uploaded over the weekend will be reviewed the following Monday. You will receive an e-mail notification from InPage confirming the review of your ad and the status assigned. New ads will be listed in InTouch as "Pending" until such time as they have been reviewed.

Please ensure that the "no-reply@inpageads.com" is not blocked in your email system. Ads are typically not approved if there is are spelling, grammar, or formatting errors, if the content of the ad is offensive, defamatory or misleading and does not match the ad copy, if the landing page URL does not work, or if there are pop-ups on the landing page.

Advertisers: Is delivery of my reviewed ads guaranteed?Is delivery of my reviewed ads guaranteed?

No, ad approval by InPage is a checking process to ensure that your ad meets our base guide lines, it is entirely up to the site Publisher to choose to display your ads or not. If your ad/campaign is not approved by a publisher, you will receive a credit to your InTouch account. This credit will remain in your account until you next schedule an ad campaign.

Your ad has not yet been approved not approved, or it has been suspended or Declined, you will receive an e-mail notification from InPage should the status of your ad change.

No, InPage does not allow you to edit ads after they have been submitted to us. Should you wish to change the ad or its content you will need to delete the ad and re-submit it for approval.

Advertisers: How do I delete an ad?How do I delete an ad?

Ads can be deleted at any time if they are not in use in a campaign. Should an ad show as "In Use" you will need to remove it from the Campaign by deleting all campaign line items relates to the ad.

Campaign Ads are listed under your Campaign Name in InTouch and you are free to edit the entire campaign our individual line items at any time. You are free to schedule as many campaign line items as you like, each line item can contain a differing variation on your scheduling criteria.

Campaign Ads are listed under your Campaign Name in InTouch and you are free to delete the individual line items at any time.

We do not delete campaigns because we want the statistics to be available to you at a later date, and if we deleted campaigns you would lose valuable information.

Advertisers: How fast does my campaign go live?How fast does my campaign go live?

Display and Text ads go live and are scheduled within seconds of you saving a line item in the Campaign Manager. IAS (between page ads) can take up to 15 minutes to schedule and distribute, these ads typically will begin to display within 20 minutes of them being scheduled. Provided there is Publisher inventory for your chosen campaign criteria you can tipically expect to see delivery statistics within the first 24hours of scheduling your campaign.

Advertisers: Do text ads support foreign language characters?Do text ads support foreign language characters?

Our text ads are built to support foreign language characters, at present we will only approve text ads in English and Polish. Please talk to your InPage representative about support for additional languages.

Advertisers: How does the InPage ad targeting work?How does the InPage ad targeting work?

The InPage ad targeting system makes use of both user targeting and content channels to target ads. We supply a wide range of parameters that may be targeted these range from: Geo targeting (down to city level) Content channel, Time of day, day of week, date ranges, as well as single site rate and key access.

Advertisers: How do the InPage ad scripts protect me?How do the InPage ad scripts protect me?

InPage does not require publishers to include site identifiers or site codes in our script, we identify the publisher site automatically and target advertising accordingly. This reduces the possiblity of ad fraud as your ads will only be displayed in qualified publisher sites.
